What is the candidate shortlist?

The candidate shortlist is a way for you and your hiring team to designate those candidates deemed to be a great fit for the position.

After reviewing a candidate's video introduction, you can add them to your shortlist by clicking on the "+" icon in the upper right corner of their video card or by clicking on Add to shortlist in full screen view.

After you have added a candidate to the shortlist, their video card will appear with a green border and the icon will show green to let you know it is enabled.
