How do you rate & comment on candidates?

After reviewing a candidate’s video, you have the ability to submit a star-rating and comments to share with your hiring team.

Simply click on your desired star rating, type in any comments and click Submit feedback.

Note: To maintain an unbiased review process, you will not be able to see other team members' ratings and comments until after you've submitted your own.
