How do I archive or pause a job?

You can pause or archive jobs at any time by navigating to the Jobs & Candidates tab.

Simply click on the three-dot menu to the right side of any job. From the dropdown, select Manage, then Archive or Pause.

Once archived, your job will be paused (if it wasn't already) and will be unable to receive new video applications, but all previous video applications and history will be saved. In addition, your job will be hidden from your default view which only contains "Active + paused".

If at any time you wish to unarchive and repost a job, first you need to change your View filter from "Active + paused" to "Archived".

Then simply click on the three-dot menu again, select Manage then Unarchive. By default, your unarchived job will be in the Paused status. To repost your job, you need to select Manage then Repost job.
